Caius, in the context of Hieratics

Obviously it's not run in standard Hieratic builds because a. It requires a normal summon, b. Is not a dragon. On the other hand, why hasn't somebody built Monarch Hieratics? I suppose there aren't that many good generic rank 6 XYZs, Bounzer is probably the only one. Exa-Beetle and Force Focus aren't really worth considering, Beetle may have the occasional use but for the most part it's too weak to be good and Force Focus is just outclassed by Bounzer.

Special summon the CyDra-like, tribute it for caius. Special summon Illusionary Snatcher,banish something and summon Wattaildragon. Xyz rank 6 and when needed dump Caius/Snatch for the effect of the Xyz, and banish it and the Hieratic for Chaos. Running only those dragons gives you the chance to summon Atum with Snatcher and use it's effect at least once.
