WhiteDarkness
Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When a Monster is sent to your opponent's Graveyard: This card gains 700 ATK for each monster sent to the Graveyard. When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned: Send the top three cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you may Special summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK-Type Monster from your Graveyard. It is destroyed during the End Phase. This Card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed: Remove from play 1 Monster in your Graveyard that was used for the Synchro Summon of this card instead. Fire away. Iriq
It seems to me to be pretty balanced, although you've kind of swayed away from the typical "terror" archtype effect; but thats no problem. Great Card

Dr. Cakey
So not only do I have to expend three monsters to summon it, it has no ATK and even if the first effect, meant to give it ATK, succeeds perfectly, it still only has 2100 ATK. And with 1900 ATK, it's not safe in defense, either. It does have halfway decent protection, I suppose. I'm not going to fix your text, although there are a couple of errors, hopefully you can spot them yourself. There is a problem with that first line, however. "When a monster(s) is sent to your opponent's Graveyard: This card gains 700 ATK" (there, a freebie fix for you, with new card text, no less), which is what your first line means, doesn't care how many monsters were sent to the Graveyard. Whether it was 1 or 34, the card would still gain only 700 ATK. The text you're looking for is "When a monster(s) is sent to your opponent's Graveyard: This card gains 700 ATK for each monster sent to the Graveyard". I'm not really familiar with new card text. Changed requirements to 1 tuner, 1 non-tuner. I made it increase by only 700 per monster because I thought any higher would make it OP. Strider Tigerwolf
Quite a decent card...but afraid that it will have a tendency to "miss the timing" in some cases. That's not a bad thing since it restricts the card, but because of it's low stats and virtually "slow" gameplay, its not much of a threat, and more so Chaos Dragons <3 to get milled as well as Lightsworns so there may be cases where this card will be doing more harm than help. Still, its an intriguing concept.

Strider Tigerwolf
It's a "When", not "If" effect....so if the last thing to happen was a monster being Summoned (Treeborn sac -> Monarch), this card won't trigger.

DARKPLANT RISING
Also, the card is overpowered because it has a loop with Infernities which causes your opponent to deck out before they even have their turn. Yep.
Infernities already have many inf loops. It's they who're broken, not this. Would this make Infs better? Prolly not much. This will certainly power Synchros a bit, but it's not enough to make them good again. The thing we need is a good Tuner, so if you want to make the Synchro mechanic better, that's the best way. Also, I doubt I will use this over Scrap Dragon. Sangan is certainly a good SS target, but it's still not enough to make this competitive.
