I don't see to much of use for it. There are better and quicker spell cards I can use to get this effect (Book of Moon, Enemy Controller) instead of having to get 2 level 7s on the field, which by themselves would be able to hold their own in the game. Overall, not to playable and useful of a card, though it was a nice idea.

Yea, maybe slightly decrease his attack to maybe 2800-ish or make his effect: "During your turn", you can detach 1 .. instead of "during either players turn". But that's my opinion.

I'm not saying he is overpowered; he has good atk and effect; also there arent many lvl 7 dragons(there are a lot of 6's and 8's but not many 7's)

I would like it, but I'd much prefer bringing out Big Eye than this. But I really should not compare cards - this card is great and balanced. Can't tell you anything else but great job.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, i'm going to change it to a Rank 6 or 5, now that i think about it, 7 is too big of a cost.

if you lower the level, you'll need to lower the attack. Being a 3k beater that can hit a monster in its weakest position if needs be, and one that is fairly easy to summon (Hieretics, Wind-Ups). It should not be 3k. 2800 seems slightly finer, but personally i have no issue with it being Rank 7, sinces its a 3 use Book of Moon, which can stall like a Gorz or trag. if played well, and should be harder to summon in an ideal world as a result.

Although... Heiretics can still summon this at Rank 7, and have REDMD to constant resurect it if needs must, meaning your opponenet is gets slightly shut down from attacks... Maybe have a only summoned through Xyz summon cluase? Just to limit potential abuse.
