Dementuo
Side in Countdown. Opponent flips Decree? Play this and set Threatening. Opponent plays Shock Master and calls Spells? Play this and go nuts. Expecting that End-Phase MST? Play this and call it. It's a temporary, but effect, single-card solution to so many problems. Although, it's only truly good in stall/Countdown. Mehmani
What if you activate it and then something that forces your opponent to discard?
If you call a card that happens to be in your opponent's hand, they can still discard it.
darkwolf777
To coincide with the rulings of Prohibition, Psi-Blocker would not stop Exodia's Win Condition even if you declared "Exodia the Forbidden One".
Yeah, I looked up the ruling a bit ago after I had posted this. Really it would only work to stop Hope for Escape and Swift Scarecrow.
