Mainly for Magician of Faith.

Mask of Darkness too. Endless use of any trap. Often a stall or discard (e.g. mind crush with something to reveal their hand). Time Seal was the original choice.

Great 1 for 1 exchange card against things like Heroes, TKRO, Guaiba, and even Samurais. It also allows you to gain advantage if you play it with some sort of Flip-Advantage cards like:

- Ryko
- Snowman Eater
- Geargia Armor
- Evoltile Westlo
- Night Assailant
- Wind-Up Rat
- Other Things...

All in all, very welcomed card. And hope you have one cause its already like a $5.00 common lmfao.

Imagine doing this play...

Opponent flips ryko face-up to kill your backrow or w/e and you promptly veiler it. They end.

You summon Tsuk and set that s***, then proceed to Creature Swap your Tsuk for his Ryko, bouncing Tsuk back during the End Phase.

Ultimate Yugiohs.

Grand Mole seems superior in almost every way. Unless I'm missing something, I don't see any reason to run this card.

Decks that need their own stuff to be set maybe? :S

And I'm rally glad it's finally off the list. But how does this help Prophecies? Isn't it too slow for them anyway?

I can see this being used in a couple decks now. Only because boss monsters with low def, deadly effect monsters, overprotective monsters, and that annoying BLS being flipped down. Those, and your own flip eff monsters.
The most used flip eff monsters I see being used with this is GK Spy and Ryko... That's all I can think of.

It's a flexible card, but yeah, it's overrated. Should be @2 or even 3

That... Would be too much. There are reasons Book of Moon is at 1, Tsukuyomi being at 1 would be for the same reasons as Moon.

Book of Moon can be used at anytime, and can be chained to effects. And it STILL should be at 3. Tsukuyomi isn't hurting the game unlimited.

More importantly, if TKRO is going to be a major factor, then this card provides a 1-card out to him that doesn't force you to run removal spells or waste a special summon. This card also puts Nat Beast/Shi En facedown so you can use your spells for the turn, and if you have a way to attack into Beast/Shi En and kill it, makes it easier to do so.

So yeah, this card isnt a be all, end all card, but it provides the ability to get around cards that are problematic, and enables some defensive capabilites(like setting flips)

The only reason Book isn't at 3 is because everything that's highly abusable with it isnt even banned, like Morphing Jar...Its a card that got punished for actually playing the game good which was really a bad move by lolnami. Tsukuyomi is slower than that, and wastes a Normal Summon. Sure it has flexibility (I've said that already) but no where near the same amount of Book of Moon. And even then I still stand on the base that Tsuko is underrated.
