You can activate this card when your opponent draws a card outside of his/her Draw Phase. After that, each time your opponent draws cards outside of his/her Draw Phase, you draw 2 cards.


Yes, it's been Errata'd afterwards, but I think that the previous version more clearly explains the card. Is there any merit to using this card in a deck nowadays?

Thank God for this new Errata. I was so tired of explaining to people how this card really works. D:< I've seen many stupid, stupid things, including:

1) *activates Appropriate and immediately draws*
2) "Hey I activate Book of Eclipse and then I use Appropriate's effect to draw INFINITY CARDS"
3) *activates in chain to my Pot of Duality*

This is the first errata'd version. The current, second errata'd version is the one which people can't figure out how to use on DN.
