Agro
One for One is still good. you can also play valley j/s
Wasn't 1-4-1 being frowned upon up 'til Glow-Up and Spore were banned? I mean, it's good, I guess, but will there usually be better options?

Let you go into Formula and get your plant to the grave. Then you have your Normal Summon still.

.Rai
The game revolves around getting control/advantage over the opponent to win, and although there are cards that do it stupidly, this isn't one of them. There is really nothing in Plants that would actually break this card (too badly), and it requires the Plant engine to work. It'll turn 1 Synchro/Xyz into a +0 once per Duel during it's second use. and it IS versatile, I've had it as a Level 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and even 9 in the past. Though it is not too versatile as to have access to all of that at will. The most commons are 1 and 4, but that freedom makes it a fun card to try. Though "fun" is relative for everyone. Self-reviving cards are not bad design just because they are self-reviving cards on themselves. Fox Fire is such a bannable card. This card's "once per duel" clause is a legit clause that prevents this card from going nuts. The most you can do with it is probably a play that ends up with Mist Wurm. Though Mist Wurm shouldn't be around to begin with.
That moment when Fox Fire revives during the End Phase, requires it to be destroyed by battle, and half of the time, you have to take tons of damage to even start up its effect :S Self-revival is a bad effect most of the time, because it's either slow and bad (Fox Fire) or abusable (Spore, Treeborn). Spore probably isn't broken obviously, but it's abusable anyway. "Once per Duel" is not a legitimate clause. It's the equivalent of putting "You can only have one copy of ~ in your Deck." Which is the equivalent of limiting a card. Which is basically saying, "herp derp im justifying this card's existence by limiting it." Pfft, who cares if it takes the Plant engine to work. You can play the engine in every single Synchro-based deck if you wanted. It's splashable as hell. I should really stop saying it's broken though, because it's not. It's just stupid and idiotic as a card. Same way why I hate Zephyros the Elite. And Treeborn. But Treeborn's smexy, so he gets off with it. Expelsword
IIRC, the ultimate first move was Gold Sarcing Rabbit, using Tour Guide to search Sangan and get Leviair, retrieve Rabbit, go into Laggia, all while picking up Effect Veiler from Sangan. It didn't last.

We have already been over this. Spore had a chance of coming back because its cost at least exists in the realm of reason, and it isn't always going to be the same level. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I don't know what's up with me lately, but I keep saying one thing when I mean another entirely. I didn't mean "Glow-Up had a chance of coming back", I meant Spore.
