As written, this won't activate if it's Set when the attack is declared.

You should add a clause that reveals the draw card before determining whether you gain Life Points.

The opponent would never HAVE to trigger its effect. The fact that it even has an activated effect makes it vulnerable to Evolzar Dolkka. But having a monster that's completely immune to battle, and punishes your opponent for trying to do damage, is very powerful.

I don't really see what use there is for a WATER/Aqua/Level 4 Marshmallon, since that's basically what this is. There are a couple situations (Cata) where this would give you a nice extra draw, but usually this will turn out to be a stall card which doesn't add anything vaguely fun to the gameplay.

You should probably know common cards like Marshmallon. Even if Marsh didn't exist, I don't really see how it's any fun, or shows any skill, to throw down a random wall like this and wait for your opponent to draw monster removal. Since you didn't mention it in your first post: Where's the fun/skill supposed to come from with this card?
