By loosely based I mean basically having nothing to do with it. Except for the fact that its a monster that costs a large amount of Life Points to get plusses. It can potentially get a +3 (well, really a +2 because its just a 300 ATK/DEF monster) except doing so would cost you more Life Points than Cyber Stein! Also it works with Emergency Teleport. It's a highly searchable +3 in the early game that will almost NEVER eat up your Normal Summon. Sure, you start playing a losing game, but if you clear their field via +3, you can win the game right there. At that, it's fuel for DAD, provided you don't have lab out, so you can go to town even more. It's OTK or die design that As for "balance", make it "You can only activate the effect of "Psychic Scientist" once per turn". thekazu4u Posted August 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 Okay the psychic part was bad idea. Changed it to Crazed Scientist and now not Psychic. If it would help balance it, Ill add in a "cannot be Special Summoned" clause. I want to keep the 6000 Life Point cost for +s. I can even raise the cost if it will help.
