WEIRD FUSION! Feedback needed

Congratulations. I didn't think it was possible to make Elemental HERO decks any more debilitating than they are with Super Poly and generic Fusion E-Heroes. Or instant Five-Headed Dragon for Dragon Decks (if they bother carrying the required cards).

As it stands, you draw this card = instant Fusion Monster. So, that could be any one of a number of Fusion monsters. So, one good idea that I saw mentioned by Yugiman64 is to "have the monster have to be one of the required fusion material." Also, imo, this card needs a cost of some sort. Something like perhaps this: You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this card.

Also, although it isn't too important, OCG is off some:

Select 1 "Polymerization", "De-Fusion", and "Instant Fusion" in your hand, Deck or Graveyard: Banish them. Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard: Select 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon it. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)

[*]*Polymerization*: Hooray for more cards reliant on such a terrible card?
[*]*De-Fusion*: See Poly.
[*]Instant Fusion: Ok.
[*]Hand, Graveyard: Ok.
[*]*Deck*: No. Just no. The Deck-thinning capability this card already makes this card broken, and I have yet to comment on what this even does.
[*]Monster cost: Ok.
[*]*Fusion Summon anything and count it as a Fusion Summon* More broken than the send-from-the-Deck cost.
Even though they don't see that much play, there are Fusion Monsters in this game that have very powerful effects and are only balanced by how hard it is to get out. Metamorphosis is more balanced than this, and that card is banned forever. There is no redemption for something like this, and you would need to check a BUNCH of facts in order to make a generic Fusion card that is not broken, while being better than Poly.
