I really like this card. It's a good support card. Then again, It is kind of godmodding. I think you should be able to special summon a monster with the same level as the one special summoned by your opponent.

So, it's a Dimension Wall + Barrel Behind the Door with you taking the damage too for the first effect. To be honest, Burn is hardly seen, so Dimension Wall is better anyway. And even if Burn existed more than it does now, I would rather just run Barrel and/or Wall instead.

The [i]second[/i] effect, however, is just no. No. No. This turns "When your opponent Summons Laggia/#17/Utopia/whatever, SS NATURIA EXTERIO!!11! out of nowhere!" In fact, there shouldn't be effects that let you get cards from your Extra Deck like this, and those that do should be carefully made sure they aren't brokesauce. It's what makes SLR amazing even though Stardust can't SS himself once he negates a destruction effect.

From the hand part is ok, and I can't remember exactly if there is a card that already lets you do this, but I'm sure there is. From the Deck part is iffy, but the fact that your opponent has to SS from the Deck first stops it from being a mindless broken SS from the Deck. I'll just reiterate on the Extra Deck part though: No, just don't do that. Let Exterio only come out from dedicated moves, not cheap SSes like this.
