Stan Alda
I assume you know about my distaste for Synchros and Xyzs, especially the latter. But after being in a card-making rut for months, I think it's time to change my routine. These are the first Synchros I've ever made. Both Synchros require a specific low-level Tuner, necessitating more non-Tuner materials. The first Synchro, "Megadeath Missile", has fewer requirements but must be Tributed to unleash its full potential. The other, "Uranium Dragon", requires more material but can fuse to create the mighty "Plutonium Dragon". All of them can weaken large areas of your opponent's side of the field, either by weakening the opponent's ATK/DEF or preventing your opponent from using their Monster Card Zones. The catch is that the stronger monsters inflict damage to your Life Points as long as they are in the Graveyard. Should they be destroyed for some reason, you'll have to deal with steadily decreasing LP; "Marie the Fallen One" is helpful, but if you miss too many times, eventually you could lose to your own burn. U-235 DARK Level 2 Rock/Tuner When this monster is Tributed or discarded as an effect cost, you can activate the card's effect twice. This effect can only be used once per turn. As long as this card is in the Graveyard, inflict 200 damage to your Life Points during your Standby Phase. 500/1000 MIRV Warhead DARK Level 3 Machine/Effect This monster can attack 3 times during the same Battle Phase; destroy this monster at the end of the Battle Phase. As long as this card is in your Graveyard, inflict 300 damage to your Life Points during your Standby Phase. 1500/1000 Megadeath Missile DARK Level 7 Machine/Synchro/Effect 1 "U-235" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters During your Main Phase, you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. Offer this card as a Tribute to banish the selected monster and decrease the ATK of adjacent monsters by 300. You can offer 1 "U-235" as a Tribute to Special Summon this monster from the Graveyard. This monster cannot attack during the turn it was Special Summoned by this effect. ("U-235"'s effect is not activated in response to this card's effect.) 2700/2600 Uranium Dragon DARK Level 8 Dragon/Synchro/Effect 1 "U-235" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this monster destroys a monster in battle, your opponent cannot use the destroyed monster's Monster Card Zone for the next 2 turns. As long as this card is in the Graveyard, inflict 700 damage to your Life Points during your Standby Phase. 3000/2500 Plutonium Dragon DARK Level 12 Dragon/Fusion/Effect "Uranium Dragon" + "MIRV Warhead" You can decrease this monster's ATK by 1000; this monster can attack three times during that Battle Phase. This monster cannot attack during the Battle Phase after you activate this effect. You cannot activate this effect when there are no monsters on your opponent's side of the field. When this monster destroys a monster in battle, your opponent cannot use the destroyed monster's Monster Card Zone for the next 2 turns. Stan Alda
Isn't Uranium can be more deadly than Plutonium (in reality)?
Plutonium is heavier in atomic mass and weight than uranium, and is decidedly more radioactive. On a side note, you must critique the cards themselves, or else you'll break the Advanced Clause.

You can also make some card which its effect resolves after it is sent from the field to the graveyard..but yeah, u've made them synchros, seem fair i suppose. Sora1499
Well, Plutonium Dragon is way overpowered in the fact that it can attack thrice during the same battle phase. With an Atk of 4500, and having Uranium Dragon on the field beforehand, it's basically an instant KO, and odds are with a beatstick like that on the field you'll be able to swarm quite effectively. I recommend that you add in "damage dealt by direct attacks with this effect is halved". Megadeath Missile is pretty underpowered, especially with its self-burn effect if it's in the graveyard and its incredible ease to get it there. I recommend you make it able to destroy 2 monsters and either drop or lower the self-burn effect. As for MIRV Warhead, you should specify exactly when it'll be destroyed, i.e. at the end phase, at the end of the damage step, at the end of the battle phase, etc. Other than that, it's a pretty good set. U-235 (by the way, it's the Uranium 238 isotope that makes the atomic bombs, not the 235 one) has a really cool effect, and Uranium Dragon is also great, although I'd recommend that make it you burna slightly lower number of LP during each end phase. Overall, 6/10, 8.5/10 with fixes

Overall, 6/10, 8.5/10 with fixes
Point by point:

Plutonium Dragon: I'd actually agree with you there. Its ATK decreases by 1000 when you use that effect, but even then, an attack like that would game. Maybe I'll change it so it can't use that effect if there are no monsters on your opponent's side of the field. The idea behind that effect was to dust 3 monsters with it, then use another monster to go in for the kill.
Megadeath Missile: I based it on the Missile's effect in Advance Wars 2, so at least I tried to justify it. I'll buff it anyway.
MIRV Missile: I keep forgetting to specify when limited-use monsters are destroyed.
Uranium Dragon: No comments, then?
U-235: Actually, U-235 is the isotope used in nuclear weapons. U-238 is the naturally occurring non-enriched isotope.
Stan Alda
Changes:

Plutonium Dragon can't use its multiple-attack effect to attack directly.
MIRV Warhead is destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase when you activate its effect.
Megadeath Missile does no burn damage, and you can offer U-235 as a tribute to re-summon Megadeath Missile from the Graveyard.
