I mean, I don't like people who feel they're entitled to everything, but I can't stand that bullcrap. IMO, people should be entitled to medical care and enough food to live. FTW (For The Wynn)
You mean Middle Eastern countries, or perhaps African countries? I honestly couldn't say. Different lifestyles produce different beliefs. I wouldn't call them insane though. They probably feel much the same about us and our lifestyles. Bull3tM0nk3y
True. But WE. DON'T. KILL. INCENT PEOPLE. As much... only 0.25% of all people in jail are Atheists. And 0.01% of those killed people. If my math is correct, about 0.0.1% of people in there are Atheists that have killed.

But WE. DON'T. KILL. INCENT PEOPLE. Wanna bet? We've been killing innocent people since we existed. Unless you mean "we" as in America. In which case, it has only been since America was discovered. Look at our interactions with Native Americans. And then look at every war. As for your statistics...I would like proof of them. Seems a little low to me. FTW (For The Wynn)
Depends on your version of "kill". As a group, no. But then, atheism isn't a group the same as a religion. It seems more like the Anons of 4chan to me. Which, in some ways, might be worse than outright killing, depending on how you wish to view it. FTW (For The Wynn)
Depends on what you want to kill. To kill life, only one, and that is death. However, what atheism tends to want to kill quite vehemently is religion. They don't want to kill the people, just the idea. And yes, similar ideas exist likewise within religions dealing with atheism. Never said that one side was better than the other for it, did I? They both have faults. Anyway, before I take this too far off of the main topic with my little side discussion, how do you expect Obama to handle the protests in the Middle East and how do you think they might influence the election? FTW (For The Wynn)
True, I know what people mean by it. Doesn't mean there isn't more to it though. Which is why I did that, because there is almost always more to a story. True, atheists have never committed to a war or killing in the same sense that other religions (i.e. Christianity and Islam) have. However, they also have not been a sizable group for thousands of years. They came into being after a time when people finally decided that most wars should be wars of words and not wars of violence. Most, not all. I'm not arguing with you because of my beliefs or anything, but more for two reasons. One being that I enjoy playing devil's advocate, and another to understand your train of thought. Bull3tM0nk3y
I don't always insult my volters... ...But when I do, it's 47% of them. Daily Show talked about this, and said: "Oh, they think they deserve food! Or water! Or medicine! Or a home!" John Stewart just ripped it apart! Boy that was great.
