This card is based on a previous card I made (you can find it <nope>, but if you necrobump that topic, I will maul your face EDIT: We can't have nice things, link removed) where you get an amazing effect, but must wait a turn in order to get the effect. Now, this card eats up 1500 of your opponent's life points. In order to make this not really abusable in Chain Burn, I disabled burn damage (except this card) until the end of your next turn of activating the card (not the [s]2k[/s] 1500 burn effect). Well, you could use the burn effect, then set up the Chain Burn combo. Know what, screw Chain Burn. Chain Strike, Secret Barrel, and Just Desserts can take a punch to the face for all I care. ITT Chain Burn doesn't exist. Either that or someone can give me a better way to make it unusable in Chain Burn without making this card hardly playable.

I think the prevention of effect damage should only last until the end of your opponent's turn otherwise according to the way your card is worded, you have to wait 2 turns before you can cause other forms of burn damage to your opponent (if this you were mainly using this as a burn deck card). I personally think that the 1500-2000 window of effect damage is just right since its a continuous and has to be on the field for a bit before you can cause some decent burn.

The best burn Decks right now win during your opponent's turn, so that isn't much. Also, just because this card inflicts burn damage doesn't mean it should only see use in burn Decks. I'm worried about if a top-tier Deck would pick this up because the extra damage makes them much more consistent, not if this is awkward in some Deck focused on Tremendous Fire, Rapid-Fire Magician, and the Dark Room of Nightmare.
