Synchros? Xyz? Why not both? I've juxtaposed them with this new card set: Eleis. I may add spell cards later.

Level 4 monsters:

Lore: During your battle phase, you can send this card from your hand to the graveyard to activate one of these effects:
*Negate the activation and effect of a spell/trap card, and destroy it.
*Select 1 of your banished spell cards, and add it to your hand. It cannot be activated during this turn.

Lore: You can special summon this card from your hand by banishing 2 spell cards from your deck (you can only special summon 1 "Eleis" monster by this method per turn). When this card is special summoned, you can banish 1 spell card from your graveyard to destroy 1 spell/trap card on the field.

Whenever an "Eleis" monster inflicts battle damage to your opponent, inflict 300 damage to your opponent.

When this card is synchro summoned, you can return all of your banished spell cards to the deck, shuffle it, then draw 1 card. You can send this card to your graveyard to select 1 "Eleis" monster in your graveyard (except for this card), and special summon it.

When this card is synchro summoned, you can tribute any number of "Eleis" monsters from your hand or field to destroyban equal number of cards on the field. This card cannot declare an attack during a turn that you activate this effect. You can tribute thus card to special summon 1 "Eleis" monster from your graveyard, except for this card.

Lore: 1 "Eleis" tuner + 1 or more non-tuner "Eleis" monsters
When this card is synchro summoned, you can special summon 1 "Eleis" monster from your graveyard. Once per turn, you can return up to 2 spell cards from your banished pile to your deck to inflict 700 damage to your opponent for each one returned. When your opponent activates a card or a card's effect, you can tribute 1 other "Eleis" monster you control to negate that card/effect's activation and effect(s), and banish it.

Well, am lazy so i will grade/comment them on their order given as such to numbers here:[list=1]
[*]It should rise it's level to 5 having to be a 4 star is a bit un balanced, why well your give ablity to summon and SP at all most no cost.
[*]IT'S A 8/11
[*]Change up it's effect, say it has a limt on what it may attack. Ex: 2 monster at a time..etc.

[*]Fix effect: While this face up card, then that or explain a bit more like in the hand,field, grave,bansihed?

That's it if you have any comments on any of this tell me, this set was like 2.2 and i wouldn't run it some i might but yeah.

I'll comment on your review in the same way that you reviewed my cards:

1. If it was a level 5 then you'd be able to bust out Salvus or Sevoris on the first turn. The card would be broken.
2. Assassin is card support. Then again, I don't really see how I could improve it without breaking it or totally changing its purpose.
3. I can see how you'd consider it OP'd. I'll change the effect to 2 monsters then.
4. I'm glad you like it!
5. While it's face-up. I'll fix it.
6. Why don't you like it? It can search and help swarm, which makes bringing out Pheles and Angelis a lot easier.

12. 1 card return isn't that powerful. If it was only 1 then this card would never be run.
13. Is Swordsman too powerful?
14. It's really not too OP'd. You don't always summon "Eleis" monster by banishing, and it only destroys 1 card.
15. It's not that overboard. All it does is reset the deck. After like 4 or these level 5s being summoned, the deck will start to drag. Angelis fixes this problem. What could I do to furhter balance it?
16. The idea behind these two is that you'd use Angelis or Pheles's effect, then bring back the tuner used to summon it, banish the 2 spell cards from the deck to summon a level 5 monster, then bring out Deus, which is the key card.
