To Cerberus: *Just make Cerberus a Fiend-Type. Pointless effects are pointless (by definition). *To its +300 effect, say "All other Fiend-Types...". Otherwise, it's a 3100 beatstick that can make itself even more powerful. *Giving it the whole Atk of the discarded monster is way too powerful: half of the Atk is more balanced. To Hell's Gate: *Make Hell's Gate apply to either your monsters or your opponent's monsters. Otherwise, you'll bust out Cerberus really quickly. P.S. Never use image attachments. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94 Posted September 28, 2012 Report Share Posted September 28, 2012 Card reviewing time. Be warned though, I'm a harsh one when it comes to these things. Zenyon: What if I told you DARK Dragon-type Tuners don't exist? But in a what-if world where one exists and this could somehow be Synchro'd, I think it's a pretty good card. Well, for your level, anyways. 3950 ATK Max (And 3200 at minimum) is a bit too much though, especially considering it needs only 2 Materials, which could be Caius + A Level 3 Tuner. Reducing it's ATK to 2700 would help the balance a lot, since it does have a Stardust-esque effect on it. Cerberus + The Gates Of Hell: Utterly useless. Sorry for being blunt, but that's the truth. Cards rarely stay on the field for 5 turns, not to mention a Spell Card. Although if you could somehow keep it alive for 5 turns and somehow get 5 Hell Counters -which is a very unlikely feat considering the amount of Monster Removal cards the Meta has right now, Cerberus' effect makes the stupid struggle a bit worth it. It has a permanent ATK Gain effect, it's a 3100 ATK when it's first summoned and it's a Beast as well, which makes it an applicable target for Beast Soul Swap, Green Baboon, etc. However, I do warn you, that Cerberus is near impossible to summon. Having Gates of hell alive while you gather 5 Counters is difficult and the fastest way of doing it is using 3 Copies of Mystic Tomato and 1 DARK with less than 1500 ATK to fill in 4 Counters in one turn. To do so, recopy your image(s), click "Edit" on your post, and then paste them there in place of the old ones. Cerberus is now OP'd: you should have stuck with the 300 boost. If you really want to increase the Atk boost it gives, 500 is the absolute maximum I would recommend. Zenyon is ok, except I would limit its equip effect to once per turn. For the Gates of Hell, I'd drop the first effect that makes it invincible once per turn. However, the 3 counters effect instead of 5 makes it a lot more usable.
