Lord English
The card is pretty good overall. I never knew Spongebob Squarepants had such a menacing effect 0_o The correct OCG would be this: "Once per turn during your Standby Phase: You can banish 1 card from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 LVL 6 or lower WATER monster from your hand in ATK Position. Increase the ATK and DEF of all WATER monsters you control by 200 excluding this card." Some parts are iffy. But other than that, it isn't bad. Keep up the good work
♦~Thug-Life~♦
Thanks for the help man. I want my OCG as perfect as I can get it to be. Gave you a like just like I said I would.

Everything about this card is perfectly fine, if a little underwhelming. It reminds me of an easy to use King Dragun. And it probably has an easier way to manipulate the hand as well, making it easy to ge the cards you want in hand for its effect. As for the second effect, I wonder if you should consider changing "WATER monsters, other than this card" to "WATER monsters, other than "Spongebob Squarepants""

Please help. By a little underwhelming do you mean it's to weak. Yeah it would this card would fit great in a WATER monster set. Well if it's the right OCG on the second card effect then I'll keep it, but if it's not then I'll change it to "Spongebob Squarepants."

Jdrawer
I think giving a 1900 ATK level 4 the ability to attack directly is a little too powerful. Then again, I think "Trap Eater"'s a little too powerful, so that might just be me. I'd either make Patrick a level 5 (In an "Umi" deck, it'd be summoned w/o tribute, so it's arbitrary in a realistic sense), or restrict his attacks. Perhaps every other of the Player's turn? .Exa
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Place 1 Song Counter on this card (max. 3). You can remove 1 Song Counter from this card to negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card, or a monster effect and destroy it (probably).
There. EDIT: About the card: It seems OP, even with fairly low ATK, it can negate absolutely anything. Even Dolkka only negates monster effects. I would remove either one of these parts: 1) It negates only monster effects. 2) It negates only Spells OR Traps 3) There can only be 1 counter on it a time, so (max. 3) becomes (max. 1). Also, about the OCG fixes, I would recommend you to consult the Yugioh Wikia and look at cards who have similar effects to yours and base your OCG off that before you ask for fixes. newhat
Grammar time. A card that negates on the Chain with a cost needs a semicolon and a colon. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Place 1 Song Counter on this card (max. 3). When a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: You can remove 1 Song Counter from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. (Reference: Hieratic Seal of Reflection) As for the effect. It takes 1 turn to work, but it's free and the range of things it negates is enormous. You can easily build a Deck around putting Squidward on the field and using Traps and Zero Gardna to stall for Exodia. Either there needs to be an associated cost or there should be some limitation on bringing him out, like with Guardian Kay'est.
