A word about negation! First, this card can work in the Damage Step. Second, by the rulings on LaDD, negating Gorz will not kill it. It will leave the Emissary of Darkness in the hand.

This... This could turn the entire meta on its side. The spell aspect allows you to counter evols, hieratics, basically any archetype, and it allows you to eliminate veiler and honest, and its a level 8 so it can bring out Neo Galaxy-Eyes or Heliopolis. It's also a nice 2.5k beater. If this card were to be reased, it would become an instant staple to either form new decks or have it be semi'd or limited. Maybe both.

This card doesn't deserve a spot in my deck, but it might make a good siding against Chaos! (Said in Roba's voice from YGOTAS)
Basically, this card is only useful against people who run Gorz/Trag (Which is, everyone) and is virtually useless anywhere else. It might not have a spot in many decks, but it may find a way to everyone's side deck.

A suggestion though, make it so that it destroys the monster/spell to bump up his playability.

The choices I made were mostly for flavor; the idea is that Stopman won't tolerate the most radical forms of battle sneakiness (Lance, Kalut), only the old ones (Pyramid Turtle, Night Assailant, Mirror Force)

He could destroy the cards. It wouldn't really affect anything but Trag and Gorz.
