Pretty nifty multi-purpose effect. It supports Atlanteans greatly and allows you to net many Pluses and gain significant field control. Its also got a secondary effect that can be deadly against your oppoenent's deck, depending on what theyre playing, and also gives this card more options for later.

2 Level 3 WATER monsters
Once per turn, you can detach any number of Xyz Material from this card and send 1 WATER monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard to return cards on the field equal to the number of Xyz Material detached to the owner's hand. If this card inflicts battle damage, select up to 2 monsters in your opponent's Graveyard; attach them to this card.

The image on that card. I must have it. Where did you get it?

O yea, my review, or else Mihails will have my head:
The OCG needs a bit of fixing up, but that's just me being pedantic. The card seems pretty OP. It's easy to summon, has nice Atk, and it can basically trunade your opponents field OR carve a path through a wall of monsters to inflict lots of direct damage, which in turn gives it more XYZ materials to keep the fun going. In addition, these materials are from your opponents graveyard, so that will end up disrupting numerous enemy strategies. Whole we're on the subject of graveyard strategies, its "cost" is a potential set-up to various combos.

Measures to balance this card are quite simple: make it's cost send a WATER monster from your hand to the graveyard and make it attach materials from your graveyard.

Consider it's a 3 material Xyz, wouldn't you think that last effect to recycle it's effect is a bit much?
I mean, you can return up to 3 cards in one turn with this effect at the cost of 1 WATER monster from your deck.
This card will most likely inflict damage during the same turn it was summoned.
That last effect, it's really overpowering this card.
The first effect is pretty decent though.
And you could use a bit of OCG help on it.
It was hard to understand

The thing is, Atlanteans sort of need a boss monster like this. They lack something that is "OP" in a sense. Its incredibly easy to get out in most water decks that can swarm like crazy. I might consider discarding from hand. It was originally from hand, but it wasn't once per turn. So I changed it up a little to make it less "BRIO OMG OP"-ness.

Oh ya, the image. I got it off of Pixiv. I can send you link via pm if you want.

Atlanteans have Mermails to do their dirty work. A once per turn discard would work better, because sending from the deck makes this the most toolboxy card ever. I really don't think Atlantean-Mermails need any more of that.
