LORE: 3 Level 3 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) You cannot Special Summon any monsters, except by this card's effect. While this card has at least 1 Xyz Material, your opponent cannot Special Summon any monsters. During your Standby Phases: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; increase your Life Points by 1000 if you do, otherwise take 2000 damage. If this card has no Xyz Material and your Life Points are 1000 or less; you can destroy all "Acid Golem" monsters you control. Then, target a "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction" in your Extra Deck, Graveyard or Banished Zone; Special Summon it on your opponent's field in Defense Position.

...

So basically I'm trying to turn it from bad to useful. On the field, it stops SS from both parties while it has Xyz Materials. Apart from that though, it still has the dilemma that you have with its predecessor, the Acid Golem of Destruction. But at least it rewards you for being able to detach an Xyz Material each turn via increasing your Life Points. There's still the situational Chaos effect, which I previously had take place once you're at 2000LP or less, rather than the usual 1000LP or less. I'd done it this way so then you don't miss the chance going down from, say, 3600LP to 1600LP from this effect, but since it now increases your LPs by 1000, you can manually control your way to 1000 or less via detaching C30's materials manually, with things like Oni-Gani Combo and whatnot. The effect itself is straight forward if you read the lore: Destroy all "Acid Golem" monsters, (so that's basically 30 and C30) and then SS 30 on the other side in Defense, with no Xyz Material. The idea here is that the opponent takes (at least) 2000 damage from 30's effect before he or she can actually do anything to get rid of it, but this can be countered by things like Mystik Wok or Destruction Ring or things like that.

...

Keep all criticisms constructive, but other than that, rate away.

Well the first thing to say is that from what you're saying it sounds like you think Acid Golem itself is a bad card, which it isn't, there are no other rank 3s that have anywhere near 3000 ATK except Muzurhythm which is dreadful. Also there's a major flaw in that you can't actually summon it with Acid Golem as it prohibits you from ssing, and like Fossil Dyna or Kristya you can't special summon using that card as one of the "materials" (be it synchro, Xyz or otherwise), so you'd have to make some clause to make the card bypass that. Also the card is a little bit good as a bigger Kristya that's amazingly easy to summon, so I personally feel the "neither player can ss" effect is a little bit broken as it can basically lock down the whole game. The fact that it eventually starts to burn you is no counter as you can summon it on an Acid Golem with only 1 material and by the time it has no materials you will probably have won anyway.

Well, I'll admit that I went a little far by calling it atrociously bad, but overall, I still find that 30 is in fact bad. Sure, it has 3000 ATK, but you don't have much of a chance to take advantage of that, unless of course you're willing to burn yourself to death. Plus there's the fact that you can't SS anything, which sucks, but isn't the main problem.

...

Anyway, I've fixed C30 in the actual program. It still stops both players from SSing, but only while it has Xyz Materials. Without them, it loses its effect on the opponent, while the controller is still stuck being unable to SS, except through C30's own effect. I've also simplified the summoning of 30 as well (since I've run out of room unfortunately).

EDIT: Uploaded.

If fine with most of this card, except the 1000 damage burn. The Golem already has 3000 ATK, and it can even inflict further damage?
Also, so far Chaos Numbers have effects that work while you have 1000 or less LP. To follow the trend, the last effect of this card could require 1000 or less as well, rather than 2000.

30 is amazing and has a place in almost every meta extra deck, normally after Zenmaines and Leviathan Dragon (and maybe Temtempo). Also you still need to fix the fact that it still can't be summoned with Acid Golem as Acid Golem doesn't permit you to SS. Maybe a clause like
"(ignoring the effects of "Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction")"
Effect is better and more balanced now but still seems a little good. To be quite honest I'd put it down to 2500 ATK, even if it does the defy the point of a Chaos Xyz a little.

It seems like a direct upgrade. The problem is, cards like this aren't supposed to be direct upgrades. They just offer up a different role. E.g. Utopia Ray: its effect is completely different from the original Utopia and would help only in specific parts of the duel. Essentially, it increases your situational options with the "cost" of having cloggier extra deck. What I'm getting at here is that this card is OP and needs a completely different effect to work (otherwise is just completely replaces Acid Golem, which is a good card in itself).

Its already been mentioned, but you do have to change it to have an exception in the effect on Acid Golem's no-SS effect.

Oh come on, Temtempo gets mentioned but not Leviair? (especially in this Chaos meta)
