For the second one, why would you banish your own spell cards if you could banish one of your opponent's instead? That is a wicked effect, in both a good way and a bad way. It might have made that card more OP. I wonder if the Lore shouldn't be something more along the lines of: "You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 Spell Card in your hand and 1 Spell Card from your Field, or 1 face-up Spell Card on your Opponent's Field. You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard if you do not control any monsters, and "Neil Patrick Harris, Kind of all Fairies" is the only Monster Card in your Graveyard.
