IRL Sacred Wings

The deck tests quite consistently - Gets out No.23/32 (just a personal favorite)/Disigma relatively easily. I'm wondering if I should put in an Android/Hyper Librarian just in case I ever need to go for the Vayu+Shura combo (Don't have Catastor).
I want to fit in another Kalut - anybody have any ideas as of what I should take out?

Any thoughts?

I know TGU is awesome, but maybe you could drop them given that there is no target for the second one, and add more blacwkings? You could add the 2nd Kalut + a Shura/Bora, which as far as I know are part of the backbone of Blackwings (I might be wrong, because I don't have experience with playing BWs).

How about 2 Blizzards over the 2 Kochis? If you want to Synchro Summon, you have to Normal Summon Kochi, so you might as well Normal Summon a Blizzard, who brings a Blackwing from the Graveyard and gain field advantage. However, you will be unable to Synchro Summon Level 8 monsters and thus the Extra Deck would have to be changed a bit.

TGU simply targets the remaining TGU - Sangan is there because he searches out my Monks and TGUs. And extra Boras and Shuras aren't really needed.

Blizzards should only be used in pure Blackwings. The Kochis are here for instant Rank 4 Xyz'ing (with Shura), and the deck allows spamming Rank 4s to the max (even Disigma and Shock Master are incredibly easy to get out).

Thanks for your comments though.

Sorry, it's hard to comment on a BF deck that is still not only rather standard fare, but also loaded with staples so it doesn't play different from a lot of Decks out there in the first place.

Nothing too bad, too good or very special.

Maybe just your style of play makes it good for you, but no one can see that without seeing it first hand (my deck ideas are great for me, but confuses the crap out of other people).

It's not a standard BW build - pure BWs don't run the Sacred Crane engine. As for staples, those should be in every deck (barring a very few).

You don't need Sirroco and Vayu in this build, because you want to exclusively focus more on the Level 4s.

that said, add in 1 more Bora and CotH for those.

Fair enough - I can do that.

Just because you haven't seen people run Sacred Crane, doesn't mean people aren't or haven't run it. My best friend who I used to duel with is a huge Bird user and will find any excuse to use one, including Sacred Crane.

As for staples, to say they should be in every deck, might be the reason the game is so boring and people stop playing and every deck is basically the same except the monsters (and even that is said loosely since many people repeat the same deck builds).

Did I say that people don't run Sacred Crane? Not quite - I said that the "standard" BW build specifically usually does not - for that matter, standard BW decks also do not run Summoner Monk, in addition to the Swallow's Nests and Creeping Darkness. The typical BW lineup typically consists of Shura, Bora, Blizzard, Kalut Gale, Vayu, and Sirocco, along with DAD and some optional hand traps (Gorz). This, however, is not a standard BW build.

If you find the game to be so boring, then by all means don't use staples and go ahead and play for "fun". But if you play competitively, you would know that they're a necessity in each deck due to their splashability and versatility. As for why people repeat the same deck builds, that is because there are usually only around 4 types of decks that are truly Tier 1 meta-level decks - I'm sure you know that not everyone can use their own unique deck.

Actually, Sacred Wings play very differently from the standard BW deck. Instead of focusing solely on swarm and beatdown, they focus more on aggressive Level 8 Synchro and Rank 4 Xyz Capabilities. Sacred Crane allows for Swallow's Nest Shenanigans, while being a LIGHT allows for Chaos summons.
