Aix
All Seeing Fool, Wraith and Ghoul are all very cheap. First of all, there is no way to stop them, at least not with cards that you would usually put in a deck, and the ability to destroy one card on the field or make your opponent lose a card in their hand every turn without losing any sort of hand advantage is extremely broken. All Seeing Wraith would be used in every deck. I would suggest that you make their effects activate once per turn when they are revealed in your hand by a card effect and it has to remain revealed in your hand for the rest of the turn and it cannot leave your hand for the rest of the turn except by your opponent's card effect. The rest of the cards are fine and reasonably balanced (though the field is quite powerful).
