Darj
Effect: Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to add 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" from your Deck to your hand. Because it was mentioned in other thread. If this didn't have a cost, would it have taken Koa'ki Meirus to the upper tiers? It would generate at best a +3, giving Koa'ki Meirus card advantage while thinning the Deck, without breaking them given that the Cores themselves are useless. Discuss. FreelancerRaiko
I remember when this card first came out. It was like a god send for my Koa'ki Meiru deck. Great way to thin the deck, and I honestly wish Koa'ki Meirus would make a come back. They're still a good archetype all in all and with all the various ways to search for core, this was a welcome addition to the archetype. I guess if discard wasn't a cost it'd be highly effective in certain decks if you know what I mean...
Just Crouton
Discard aside, it's faster than Boulder, and you really only have to do it once since Core self-recycles.
