Discuss. [Field Spell Card] Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, if you have 1 or more Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard or on your side of the field: You can return 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck, except "The Grand Spellbook Tower", then draw 1 card. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand or Deck whose Level is less than or equal to the number of "Spellbook" Spell Cards in your Graveyard. Edit: added lore.
Aerion Brightflame
Really? Thats the new name change? The card just lost its coolness. Just from that. It could be the most amazing card in history, but I do not like that name.
.Exa
Yeah, I know what you mean, "Spellbook Institute La Maison" just sounded a lot cooler.
mido9
Not a fan of once per turn + field spells that replace on a +1 that turns into a boss that turns into more +. Anyway,i really dont get why people only usually run this at 2 and not 3.
EmpoleMew
3 clogs. The second one can recycle the first, or they can be banished with Junon and then retrieved with Alma.

It rarely clogs due to all the draw and search power you get just from this, but I admit it sucks to draw it when you already have one out. Though that's the same with any Spellbook since it's dead to you that turn. As for the card itself, it's broke. But the draw power it gives Prophecies pretty much makes the deck flow. Jord200
And here I was hoping one of the TCG Exclusives for Abyss Rising had finally been announced. Oh well. Not really liking that name change.

Toffee.
If I remember correctly... La Masion is 'The Mansion' So more or less the name still makes sense, with the exception of the word 'institute' being omit from it. Then again, all Prophecies had their original names removed. mido9
La maison is french for house or mansion,i really liked how they put french in the prophecy names.

Masked Puppet
So people are complaining because its no longer a mental hospital called "The House" in French? God the fanbase for this game is almost as bad as Sonics
Love of Ghibli
It's just easier to give something a name like La Maison. Batel, Junon etc though I will admit I'll probably still go by the original name once this becomes TCG
