Toffee. Posted October 28, 2012 Report Share Posted October 28, 2012 The level increase part is very redundant. I mean..... Magician can be any level at will. Girl copies the level of another existing one. Kaiser can make everyone else the same level as whatever he wants. Clerc can freely Summon herself, if you control another Gagaga Monster.
