Guardian's for Zerato, Jenny's for those TSitS monsters that like Life Point advantage.

This card is treated as "Warrior of Zera". If this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "The Sanctuary in the Sky" from your Graveyard to your hand. While you control this face-up card, "The Sanctuary in the Sky" you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card leaves the field, except when Tributed: You can add 1 "Archlord Zerato" from your Deck to your hand.

Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up: Gain 1000 Life Points OR if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, gain 2000 Life Points instead.

Not really a question, more of a statement within a question, if that makes sense. No it doesn't, anyways what I mean is that the card seems useless since you will have to banish it to gain the a card that needs that card if you know what I mean. Now for the new card, much Life Points here, you can gain a lot by this effect per turn, and since you can't destroy the monster as long as SITS is face-up it basicly becomes a life farming card. Also, it should be gain an additional 1000 Life Points since you're still gaining life points :)

"leaves the field" =/= "banish this card".
Although banishing could work as a theme here, as another "branch" to cards involving The Sanctuary in the Sky (Banisher of the Radiance and Layard the Liberator could be part of another Fairy deck).

Probably best not to have Guardian add Sanctuary to hand when it's Summoned, since you're meant to use Zeradias for that.

Guardian: "Leaves the field" is not banishing. It means that it just has to leave the field, whether by being destroyed, returned to the hand/deck, using for a Fusion/Synchro summon, or banished. It could also gain the search via Tributing it, but I added "except when Tributed" so you don't Tribute Guardian for Zerato, search Zerato #2, then Raigeki the opponent.

Jenny: It's 2000 because it's effect changes to "gain 2000" with Sanctuary out.

Zeradias adds from the Deck. Guardian adds from the Grave.

I honestly can't tell how OP'd The Guradian in the Sky is...

Okay, first he's 1800 and level 4. He's treated as "The Warrior of Zera" which is a MUCH easier way of summoning those heavy monsters that require it as a tribute. Though, that not really the overpowered part...
So he's 1800 and adds 'The Sanctuary in the Sky' from the deck to hand, which is pretty OP'd in a one way. THEN, as long as it is on the field, it can't be destroyed. So you basically have to deal with him first THEN you need to get a card to destroy 'The Sanctuary'. Though, in the realistic world, people would run three of these guys and own every game. Imagine one player getting three of those on the field = 3 "Sanctuary"'s in the hand, three 1800's, can be tributed for those heavy hitters like I said, and when one goes and you add that "Archlord" you can use that to tribute one of them.

^That is just WAY to OP'd and I can't imagine how many combos and FTK/OTK's you can make with this this in normal decks...

Like 'The Guardian', Jenny is way to OP'd....
It's a level 4, with a stable ATK and high DEF, but that's not really the problem if it didn't have so much of a OP'd effect. So you can set it, and since it DEF in 1900, its hard to destroy. Then as it's flipped, you gain 1000. AND if Sanctuary is on the field, then you gain 2000. This means after 5 turns of this girl on the field, you would've gain 5000 LP. AND if Santuary is on the field, you would gain 10,000 LP! And with this monster, I feel it can last even longer then 5 turns. This is just overly OP'd.

My ratings:
Guardian - 3/10
Jenny - 1/10

Sorry to be so harsh, but these card's are so OP'd with not one drawback. I think you should fix the effects more to make them balanced; take out parts of effect, and drawback - ANYTHING...

Graveyard to hand. My problem with that though is that you could just recycle Sanctuary if it's destroyed. Makes dealing with Meltiel, Sage of the Sky more of a pain than it already is.

Again, Guardian adds Sanctuary from the Graveyard, not from the Deck.

EDIT: Ninja'd
