Pepperyena
Personally, I really like it. I've wanted to make a Watt deck for a while, and if this was a real card, I would totally run it. Wattchimera is too badass to miss out on.<3 Wattcobra + this = instant level 7, probably Watthydra.
Love of Ghibli
I'll say this I'm not a fan. I mean I don't really comment on RC much so I don't know how good I am at commenting or reading cards but still this rubs me the wrong way. Doesn't this just say unnegatable synchros? Ideally you would just get a direct attack off with Giraffe and since he locks down the S/T of your opponent you would be able to freely drop this thing and then freely go into a synchro and for w/e random reason you just gain 1000 from that. OR use Cobra for the direct attack and actually grab the tuner straight from the deck and then summon him. Actually I just realized you could really drop a couple of them and go into an Xyz but that seems like a waste of resources. Its a low stat thunder monster meaning its pretty searchable and has some decent support (Seahorse) in it. It rewards you for simply declaring attacks with Giraffe or Cobra not really a skillful set-up required. For balancing I would just say get rid of the lifepoint gain as I can't figure out why its there. You could restrict the monsters it goes for like saying an only Thunder type monsters therefore ending some very odious shenanigans in the main phase 2. Anything else I could suggest would take away from what the card was supposed to do in the first place. Which is turn Giraffe and Cobra into Syncs. Dementuo
Considering all the good Watts are level 4, this is a level 3 LIGHT Tuner, and it gives you life points... I'd hazard a guess that the intent of this card is to bring out Ancient Sacred Wyvern, giving it huge ATK after both gaining that 1000 LP from Soul and after hitting your opponent directly for another 1000-1200 damage (Per Watt monster). Blake
C'mon people, can't very well reply much until more of RC takes the test.
TheKaitoKid
To be quite honest, this thing is a little much. You swing with Cobra, search this, drop then go into Chimera for more shenanigans and hi jinks. The last line doesn't really tone it down in any way (I assume this is the only reason you added it). Sure it stops your from dropping a buttload of synchros but to be honest most players, well good ones, wouldn't want to drop more than 1 Synchro during their Main Phase 2 unless they had something big planned. The fact that it's a Watt monster is what puts it over the edge really. It's entirely too searchable. You should probably make it so that it can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a Thunder-Type/Watt/LIGHT monster or something. That way it doesn't get absolutely out of control with Ancient Sacred Wyverns appearing out of the tall grass every turn.
