I Can'T Disguise My Edits! Please Help!

So, I tried editing a post recently, and for some reason, the box for you to check off whether or not you want your edit to be noticed was not there. I have tried everything I can think of, and the box will not make itself known. This was the first time I had tried to edit since the update, and another user is not reporting any problems.

What should I do, and is anyone else suffering from this issue?

Also, it appears that I can no longer edit the names of topics.

When you edit, is there no box directly underneath on the left you can check that says "Show 'Edit by' line" next to it?

No, there isn't. I might think that this is one of those permissions that were forgotten to carry over, because I've had that problem since I became an Advanced Member too.
