It's got the signature once-per-turn clause, so you can't spam its effect repeatedly, which is what made brio so friggen broken. All I can see is a pseudo-Hyperion/high priestess that's less splashable in its respective build. Then again, I've never played against it nor summoned it, so I really can't say. @Agro I honestly never have, I just like using em. So, because they're really fun, I wouldn't call em stupid on a subjective level. However, I'd agree that, from a critical perspective, they're pretty crappy because they diminish player-player interaction and spam beat sticks from out of nowhere. [/quote] It's not just monsters; you can bounce your opponent's single Trap during their End Phase, or reuse your own Call of the Haunted or Flaming Dance - Tenki. OT: Meisser is still a Rank 6 God and arguably better than Bounzer because it just feeds into loops. Staple target for Hieratic Gishki OTK/Ex-Hand Kill Loop, Badly designed in terms of summonability (next to Gaia Charger) for taking feasibly little skill to bring out if you're using his effect. Makes his own form of +s that can generate more copies of the guy being summoned that turn, recycles B[L]S, and can bounce problem monsters your opponent has. Should be hit to 1 if not banned.
