WIND Support incoming, and it looks promising. If the new WINDs focus on bouncing or spinning cards, bypassing destruction protection (Stardust, Safe Zone, etc.), pretty much all archetypes will be in trouble. We better start making space for Poisonous Winds in the Side.

Now about the card: At least you can work around this card with the positions of your cards (set or face-down): If you know this monster is coming you won't set S/Ts unless you can chain them to the effect; and after this card is Summoned, you won't be Normal Summoning monsters that cannot defeat this by battle. Fortunately you can ram your Rai-Ohs, Alius and other beatsticks against this.

dat art. The idea of some random lightning spirit possessing an enshrined sword sounds cool. God knows how I'm actually going to play it, but it's pretty abusable.

If returning cards to the deck is what the new WIND archetype will be all about, then the raging will be enormous.

Let there be rage, we already have Water and Fire decks being broken. Light and Dark had their time to shine. Don't know if Earth (psychic decks using that elemental) actually shined at any point other than a few tournament/s.

Well, EARTH pack brought us Geargias, and they are doing quite well at least in TCG.
