During either player's turn, you can banish this card (Either from your hand or your Graveyard) to activate one of the following effects (You must control a face-up "Angelic Senator" to activate and resolve this effect):
*Negate all Battle Damage you take this turn and gain Life Points equal to the damage you would have taken instead.
*Banish any number of Fairy-Type monsters in your Graveyard or your hand, then add banished "Angelic Senator" monsters (Except "Angelic Senator - Zion") to your hand equal to the number of Fairy-Type monsters you banished.
Okay, not much to say, but the obvious "Angelic Downfall" being the painful core around these cards, right? ...And God Senator being a total tide turner.

BTW, changes were made

I like the idea of Life Points increase, it's not used much in the current game. Though for your archetype to work, you have to be on top of things from the very start (unless you bring God Senator out, I suppose).
Luena: She doesn't seem very good, you would have to banish at least 4 monsters to get a good "profit" from this card. I'd say make the cost less, like 2000, since making the LP gain more could easily be OP, or make some Senators that benefit from being banished other than Corona's effect. BTW there's a typo in the Lore, "each" not "eadh".
Rena: What happens to the other card drawn? I'd say make it so that you should get to choose and then it may possibly combo with Luena (which is good).
Corona: Well, she's almost like a boss, I suppose, but her massive LP gain ability makes it so that Decks may simply focus on having her around and Summoning her. Maybe a requirement for Tributing a "Angelic Senator"?
God Senator: There isn't much support for this archetype, it would be nice if you made more, and if there were, God Senator would probably be really OP. I would suggest make the thing lower, like 7000 and then have something like "If you have 7000 or more gain 3000 Life Points instead." The limit of 5000 is really unnecessary or you should make the limit higher, it'd be cool to see an archetype with a boss with INSANELY HIGH ATK and not afraid of something like Magic Cylinder, though I suppose you should lessen its Life Point gain effect.
Downfall: I would personally change the wording to "lose" instead of "inflict damage" to get around stuff.

Suggestion? Make an Ultimate Offering-esque thing but that requires A LOT more LP to use (and remove the Battle Phase Summons) and has a limit.

Changed Luena,
Rena was changed (and the other drawn card is kept. It was drawn, not picked up) [Don'tnoticethetypedon'tnoticethetypo]
Downfall was...kept the same. There is absolutely no defense against "losing" life points and that is overpowered.
Pazuk was changed to drastically
Corona was changed

and now we have Zion, which either makes or breaks this archtype in-between with Luena searching. (Breaks it)
