Dark Plasma Dragon

It's utterly underpowered. Compared to [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Digvorzhak,_King_of_Heavy_Industry"]Digvorzhak, King of Heavy Industry[/url], this card is worthless. At least with Digvorzhak you can use any Level 5 you want, so the easy-to-summon Level 5's like Ghost Ship and Cyber Dragon can be used. Also Digvorzhak has a nice destruction effect as well as much higher ATK. I suggest to first of all remove the Dragon-Type limit and also drastically increase the ATK, maybe to 3300 or something (or maybe 3200 or 3100 if you are going to persist with the ATK increase. Then, make the Burn easier to use/achieve, because 1000 damage is almost [i]nothing.[/i]
