Basically turning it into Machina Geartown:
With Geartown, Beast > Knight so I wouldn't bother with the latter.
Engineer has a nice effect, but the ATK is so low that he won't have enough chances of killing something.
I removed the Golems because it is an horrible draw and the best you can do with it is discarding it for a Fortress, but you got the Gadjiltron Dragons for that.
Assembly Line, Frontline and Gear Castle are slow. I replaced them with generic stuff that will allow you to stand against the meta (Warning, 2nd Mirror Force).
More MSTs because in the worst of cases you can use it to blow your own Geartown.
I sent your Cyber Dragons to Side because you only want to use them when dueling against fellow Machines. On the other hand, shall you ever leave it on the field because you have a nice Gadjiltron Dragon there, your opponent might Summon its own Fortress Dragon with YOUR materials.

Other cards you can consider:
- Malefic Cyber End: Also a Machine, and can be Summoned if Geartown is on the field. 4000 ATK is a force to be reckoned with, and shall your opponent destroy Geartown, a Gadgiltron Dragon will arrive to avenge him.
- Minefieldriller: Recycles your Geartowns. The effect can miss the timing so avoid using it for Tributes, Synchro Summons and the like. On the other hand, it will work even if banished or bounced (as long as that is the last thing to happen, so no Birdman combos sadly) so you can rest assured that you will get your Geartown back if you let your opponent do the removal; or you can suicide it into an opponent's monster if you can't wait to get the field. The effect will also work when destroyed by Limiter Removal.
- Necrovalley/Orichalcos: Additional Field Spells will allow you to run 3 Terraformings with less change of them turning into dead draws. Necrovalley locks the Graveyards (while still allowing Fortress plays? not sure on this), but the best choice might be the recently released Orichalcos: Turns your Gadjiltrons into 3500 ATK beatsticks while protecting the weaker (but still threatening) Machina Fortress, Gearframes and Gear Beasts. Be careful though, because you won't be able to Xyz into Gigant X.
- Solidarity: Your only non-Machines are in the Extra Deck so this card can be ran safely. You might think that a 3800 ATK Gadjiltron would be overkill bout you don't know how easily your opponent can get rid of it with effects. So this card will turn you Gadgets and Machinas into powerful backups.
- Genex Ally Birdman: Bounces Gadgets/Gearframes to Normal Summon them again for an extra card, and with those monsters you can Synchro Summon into Level 7 such as Triforce (with EARTH effect) and Black Rose Dragon (tip: nuke the field while Geartown/Minefieldriller is active).
