When this card is [color=#ff0000][i][b]Tribute[/b][/i][/color] Summoned: Destroy all Spell or Trap cards on the field. If this card would be affected by a Spell or Trap card: Negate that card and destroy it; put a Soul counter on this card. This card gains 300 ATK for each Soul counter on it. If your hand size is equal to or less than the number of Soul counters on this card: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

Le review:
The counters and invincibility to spells and traps is fine, but what I don't like is the first clause: that when its summoned, including specials, you get to heavy the field. Dark creator would abuse this effect, a lot: You can summon dark creator and cycle through heavy storms if dark creator lives, and I don't think that's fair. If this card said "When this card is tribute summoned...", then I'd be fine with it. In that case, it'd be good tech for monarchs and random Harpdarp DARK decks. So jah, please change first clause.
