2 Level 5 Monsters. Once per turn; you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and Target 2 cards in your Graveyard: Return them to the Deck and if you do; Return 2 cards on your opponent's field to the top of their Deck. If this card has no Xyz Materials: It cannot attack your opponent directly.
Obviously, this was meant to be another generic Xyz in Xyz-land, running alongside with Tiras and Adreus and Volcasaurus, until a menace named Wind-Up Shark decided to ruin all of the fun. Now, he and his pal Magician are laughing as you can now recycle dead Hunters, Rats, and Carriers. Completely outclasses Emeral in the ATK department as well as effect. Gave it the Leviathan clause to possibly balance it but OMG IT IS SO FU*KING BROKEN.

Discuss.

I think Constellars would like it more than wind-ups but I guess the real thing I find interesting is that isn't this really a generic and easily splashable Tiramiss. And the only keeping Tiramiss balanced was that it was archetype specific?

Hmm. If I made it Type-Specific, only certain Fairy Decks could run it that use Tits, or something of the like. If I made it Attribute Specific, only a select few targets would be applicable to make it. It would force Dragunities to use bad monsters, same with Mist Valleys.

I could change it so that it only targets 1 card on the opponent's field. But then, I may feel it may be a bit UP'd when put side-by-side against Tiras/Volca/Adreus. It can cause dead draws, just like that new WIND Xyz, but it has more ATK (I think) and looks nicer too.

I should really stop making broken cards....but where's the fun in that?

I like Kaito's suggestion, but I disagree that it would be UP. This card sets your opponent back 2 turns, recycles your wind-up magicians and sharks, and dumps its mats in one fell swoop for rat to extract from the graveyard. Right now its kinda bad because it has the potential to set your opponent back 4 turns which is (basically) game, but with Kaito's tweaks, it should be fine.
