my really shitty machina/geargia deck (2 versions)

The second build looks better. In both Extra Decks, I think you should be focused on 2-part Rank 4 Xyz Monsters such as Maestroke, Gem-Knight Pearl and Abyss Dweller.

You don't need Level modifiers, nor cards that simply Special Summon other monsters from your hand. The only purpose of Geargiano is Gear Gigant's last effect; you don't need two of them. You don't really need Xyz Reborn or Spiritual Earth Art. Imperial Iron Wall is unnecessary and clashes with D-Prison. Machina Armored Unit is not useful outside of Gadgets. As for Machine Assembly Line, it's not necessary.

Go for 2nd build.
I have never played with Machina Geargias so I might be wrong with some things, but I think that with the following suggestions the Deck should work better.

(Mostly what newhat already mentioned)
-1 Frontline
-1 Assembly Line
-1 Spiritual Earth
-1 Inferno Reckless
-1 Machina Armored Unit
-1 Crashbug thing
-1 Imperial Iron Wall (to Side)

+1 Duality
+2 Warning
+1 Torrential
+1 Iron Call
+1 Bottomless
+1 Compulsory/Fiendish Chain

Thinking that you could -1 Ultimate Oferring as well, because without Gadgets you won't be swarming. Fiendish Chains can be replaced with Veiler for more monsters, but that's up to you.
You can replace any of the Traps above with 2 Birdmans, along Triforces, a Black Rose and Scrap Archfiend: With Geargiaccelerator it is a free Summon and you can bounce a Gearframe back to your hand to Normal Summon it again. If you choose to do so, a single Genex Neutron wouldn't be bad, increasing your Monster Count to 19, more balanced in my opinion.

[/quote]I agree with some of your choices, but I don't agree with -1 Inferno Reckless and -1 -1 Machina Armored Unit since they are useful for summoning cards I need easily, and swarming for vylon. I don't want to - Ultimate, since it can get Xyzs pretty fast, and then I can use Gigant to get some of those back. I forgot to remove level 3 xyzs and such cause it was just a quick edit, so that's why those are there. I like to keep a lot of Gigants, in case I lose some, but I might remove one. I simply don't find Daigusto that useful, I have PoA in my deck, I find that more useful. Who is this gunman? I can't find him on DN. The card right of Duality is Resonance Device, it was more useful before i case I had the Mk cards, but it can still be use for Fortress.

[/quote]Yeah Spirital is pretty crap I realize, what "Random Spell things"? No I want ultimate, I use it in almost every deck, and it's really useful for a low cost. I don't know about Arsenal, it doesn't seem to be as usefull in my deck, but I still want to keep some around, but I don't need 3 of them. Solemn Warning, meh I got other traps that can take care of SS monsters. I don't know about compulse though, it seems not that useful as others, so I am not gonna keep 2.

[/quote]You realize that you can't have 6 of one card in the deck right? I am not taking out RD cause it makes it easy to summon a level 7 or 8 Xyz, or the other way around to a level 4. I still don't see the use for Arsenal, it really hasn't been handy, the only reason is to put Arsenal into the grave, other than that, I don't see the use.

And I forgot the Spell staples that Pacmannexus just mentioned. But I don't know what are you willing to drop for them so I will just suggest a few changes for your Extra:

-1 Thunder End: requires Level 8 Normal Monsters, which you don't have
-1 Ophion: requires Verz/lswarm Monsters, and you don't have any

+1 Cowboy
+1 Emeral (from side): weaker Pot of Avarice, but faster; and you never know when single draw from it might be game-changing

If Emeral still doesn't convince you, you could go for a Scrap Archfiend/Karakuri Burei for beating things that Triforce cannot.

[/quote]oh didn't see normal monsters, also it's not ophion, it's Ouro. I don't really see Emeral being useful, sorry but it isn't going in there, I will keep it as a side though.

EDIT: My first match, didn't really have an opponent who could do much, but still managed to lose because of bad draws of high level monsters. Damn.
