Not-so-Radiant Arin
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: It is sent to the opponent's side of the field. During each End Phase: The player who controls this card must discard 1 card from their hand if they have more than 2 cards in their hand, or if they have less than 2 cards in their hand, they lose 1400 Life Points. Cannot be used as a Synchro or Xyz Material monster.
For use in some kind of obscure burn/clogyourfield type of Deck, which I may or may not expand on later. I was originally planning on making it a Fiend to work with TGU, but then that would just be useless, so now it's a weird combo of DARK and Psychic. Can anyone say Pokemon? Discuss. Alice Moonflowyr
Xyz. Problem over. If you look at this competitively, it sucks. Has no real use, and they can always just Xyz with it. But if you look at it casually, it becomes lolzy and fun to use. They can also use it as a synch, but eh. The problem with this is that you're just giving the opponent a free Level 3. Which they can just Xyz/Synchro with unless they're stupid.
CommanderVolt
I dont think it will work the way you have stated. Your pretty much going to have to have it say that its effect special summons its self to the opposite field. Of course I might be wrong with this but i think that is correct since once its face-up its effects are applied and thus not being aloud to switch would kick in. The cat ears are adoreable shut up. Enbrace the cuteness. As for its remaining effect, I like cards that apply punishments based on numbers, in this case hand total. 1400 Seems a little random, but what ever floats your boat. Not-so-Radiant Arin
Hmm. I changed it around by applying said fixes.
CommanderVolt
Tributes still remain a threat but usally less rampant, so it's something you'd have to keep in mind when using this card. Also neat, just noticed it was during each-end phase. Depending on the situation it's essentially a 1400 burn just by dropping it, and another 1400 if they cant do anything about it.
