Not-so-Radiant Arin
Level 4/DARK/Machine-Type/1700 ATK/Someoddnumberof DEF that I don't remember. Trap Cards, and their effects, cannot be activated. The effects of all face-up Trap Cards on the field are negated. Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's Effects cannot be activated in response to this card's Normal Summon. Once per turn; You can discard 1 card: Add 1 "Saber XIII Ruinhandler" from your Deck to your hand.
So yeah, I was thinking, Jinzo is a good card and all, but it requires you to Tribute a card in order to get it on the field. This one doesn't, and it also protects itself, and other cards you may have, when it is Normal Summoned. The effect that searches itself is more of a bonus than anything. Discuss. Sora1499
[s]It might just be me, but the image looks broken. Yugico is down today, so that might be why. (will post comprehensive review once the image is available, please don't ban me)[/s] The thing that gave Jinzo its viability is that it had the ability to stick around. It locked down cards like mirror force and d.p., which were the main ways of disposing of higher level boss-esque monsters with beefy ATK. Nowadays, 2.4k beaters come and go throughout the course of a duel, which makes Jinzo unusable in most decks to this day. On paper, it's amazing because it locks down 1/3 of your opponent's deck, but in reality getting rid of it still isn't that hard. This card has a similar problem to a much greater degree. The problem with this card is that it won't stay on the field in a normally functioning duel for more than a given turn, 2 tops, because 1700 is low ATK for a level 4 (in our meta anyways_), which means that it really doesn't make much of a difference in a duel whatsoever. It's great if you're attempting to OTK, but a lot of OTKS that I can think of need normal summon to get going. The replacing itself is nice, but it's a +0 that requires you to discard what you need probably the most; your hand. This card would probably find its place in an anti-meta deck at 1 or 2, because those are pretty slow anyways. Being a Black Salvo target is also pretty nice. I'd like the card better if it had 18-1900 ATK so it can crash rai-oh if need be, but it's still not meta-worthy. The name is awesome, by the way. I didn't put the image on Photobucket before hand, because usually the copy-pasting the picture ended up working. But really, a picture shouldn't prohibit you from making a detailed review about a card; just treat it as you would a WC post.

Could you post the type, level, attribute, etc.?
