'you can switch the original ATK and DEF of this card, this card...' should become 'you can switch the original ATK and DEF of this card. Then this card...'
Also, according to the card effect, as long as all of my opponent's monsters have say, 900 ATK, I can demolish them all and then go in for a direct attack? If not, make the effect more clear.
Shouldn't it be called 'Cyber Serpent Squamata' or 'Cyber Serpent - Squamata'?

Overall, not a very well thought out card. I know it's your first one, and I'm pretty bad myself, but be sure to check the cards before posting.
