Not-so-Radiant Arin
Banish 1 monster on both player's side of the field (each player must control at least 1 face-up monster). Both players draw 1 card. If your opponent has no cards in their hand: Target 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; Banish that target, otherwise: your opponent discards 1 card.
There aren't enough general Banish traps. D-Prison only works when an attack is declared, which is slow and vulnerable to Heavy/MST. Same with Macro. Obviously, you wouldn't want to use this against DWs because of the last effect, but the idea came into my head about different ways to maneuver around Grapha, instead of relying on cards like Macro or D-Prison. For any other match-up, though, it's a +0 that levels the playing field by a bit. Now...if only Leviair didn't exist. Discuss.
Elijah~
Not bad if only this was a real card I would use it often.

Darth Revan of the Sith
Not bad if only this was a real card I would use it often.
Read The Advanced Clause Please. I really like this card. First of for the balance it has. It could be a life saver in one of those "Heart of the Cards" situations. (The ones where a guy gets a miraculous draw) I specifically enjoy the art above all. It matches the title and has a good YGO atmosphere to it. Well... That and it's Vocaloid. All in all this is a card I especially wish was real. It could be a valuable asset when taking on Six Sams or Darkworld. Then again I am quite the Darkworld Deck user so I would know if this was a threat or not.

Although, it still doesn't mean you can't post an in-depth review about the card.
I really like this card. First of for the balance it has.
Well, Six Sams do have Shi En, which can negate up to one Spell/Trap card a turn, as well as Barkion/Beast, but they hate being Banished more than anything. I already explained Dark Worlds and their abuse with discarding, but additional cards like Dandy or anything Graveyard-centric, especially in this meta, will certainly like the discarding effect. I almost forgot to give it an additional effect if the opponent has no cards to discard, but I'm horrible with OCG.
