Not-so-Radiant Arin
So, remember that card I made a few weeks back that can retrieve Kizan back after you were through with him and can attack twice during each Battle Phase?

Well, I thought of a clever, albeit broken way to get a better, more broken version of her out on the field. It was also the first time tweaking around with the Chaos Xyz Change mechanic, but I think that mechanic is broken anyway.
3 Level 5 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a face-up "Sword Master Lady Gaia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn; You can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Switch the Position of all other monsters on the field, and make their ATK and DEF 0. This card can attack twice during each Battle Phase only if it has an Xyz Material attached to it.
And yes, I know it's Touhou. Given how absurdly easy it is to get this card out, I felt as though it needed some general kind of cost. I then concluded that the effect should target every monster on the field instead of itself, so then that way, your opponent can make some kind of comeback next turn. I still feel as though a 2400 double-attacker is a bit much. Discuss.

Strider Tigerwolf
....Way too much of an easy set up. Abeit, Ryko + Snowmans exist, but the card pretty much is ridiculously easy to get out. It can even be teched into Rock Stun, or any EARTH deck that can easily stomp 2 Level 4 EARTH monsters since this card will just be food for the real danger. Changing everyone's Battle Position pretty much means Karakuri are...oh god...they have more support....in the form of this card. They'll be able to play their form of Karakuri BluePrints as much as Six Sams did with their United draw power. Making everyone else's ATK/DEF 0 just aids in that fire. Most likely you Karakuries will be in DEF and will be turned into food for the real dangers. It's just...too powerful as is.
