Not-so-Radiant Arin
That mask looks like the same one from Teen Titans. So, I brought this card up because of Coat of Arms. They're almost identical cards, except Coat of Arms negates all other Xyzs on the field. Discuss. Synchronized
Coat of Arms is significantly better because it has the ability to be used on your own Xyz. Being able to do that means you can duplicate cards like Zenmaity and Lightning Plover and that makes it more viable. This card would've been decent if it only needed 2 materials, but they dropped the ball on that one.
evilfusion
Another one of the random Xyz Yuma got out of nowhere. The effect isnt that bad, but it doesn't do that much. It copies the name and effects of an Xyz for the entirety that it stays faceup on the Field. It can only target an opponent's Xyz. And it only has 2500 ATK. It's inflexible and this makes it underwhelming, especially for a Rank 4 with 3 Materials. At the very least, it could have negated the effect of the monster it was copying. Naturally, this makes Coat of Arms significantly better, as it requires the same Materials, has more ATK (but much less DEF), and has a negation effect for Xyz when SSed and can copy any Xyz on the Field's effects, including yours. The flexibility and little added bite of Coat of Arms makes this outclassed, and it's outclassed by default. Similar to Rank 5s, it's very difficult to justify investment into Rank 4s with 3 Materials because while there are some of them with very impressive, worthwhile effects, Rank 4s with 2 Materials are significantly easier to Summon and many still have excellent effects of their own. How easily you can Summon a monster greatly determines its playability, and the extra Material is only worthwhile if it has a powerful effect that justifies it, like Shark Drake or Shock Master, and especially Ouroboros. EmpoleMew
You both neglected the fact that this card also needs to detach to copy an effect.
evilfusion
Ewww, even worse. Coat of Arms does that for free.

Ewww, even worse. Coat of Arms does that for free.
They could've just made it a 2-Material w/free effect copy in that case. As is, it's a more powerful Dark Panther that's harder to/not worth getting out on the field....
