If this card has no Xyz Material, it cannot attack. When this face-up card is destroyed: gain Life Points equal to half of the attacking monsters original ATK. Humph... I was bored >_>

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
I wouldn't. It is practically Lavallolz Ignis, but different in ways that ends up making it worse than Ignis. First, this isn't generic while Ignis is, and then this card can't activate during your opponent's turn (something Ignis can do as well). Not being able to attack without a material isn't needed for this card. On the plus side, the drain is permanent (not useful against things that die soon, but pretty ok against bosses), and this is chaos fodder (albeit DARK monsters hit the Graveyard easily enough on their own). The healing isn't very much and the monster is probably going to be destroyed by a card effect instead. And then, there's #17, who outclasses Ignis. Its ATK gain makes it stronger than both Ignis and this (even if they use their effects) in the very turn its Summoned. It can also reach up to 3000 ATK on its own, but that's something Acid Golem can do (but Acid Golem is played a bit differently since it prevents you from SSing). If you want to keep it non-generic, you can raise its ATK to around 2250 and keep the effect. It's still just for swinging, but it will be able to take down Hyperion and Grapha single-handedly this way (well, so can Acid Golem, but again, Golem stops your SSes). You can also change the healing to be equal to the ATK of the monster that battled it ("battled" makes it so you can ram it for healing if you want) instead of just half the original ATK. Even then, it's still not very useful, but it'd be able to kill some bosses in battle. You could probably also give it a once-per-turn immunity to being destroyed by a card effect to help try to encourage your opponent to kill it in battle instead of just offing it with Soul Taker. You can remove the inability to attack while it has no materials.
