I thought the Cybers were lacking some new material, so I thought I'd update them a smidgen.

Any thoughts?

P.S. The Cyber Engineer might need some more 'Cyber-y' artwork, but that was the best placeholder I could find at short notice.

Your Synchro Monster seriously lacks ATK and there is no need for high DEF. I would not use an effect that discards my entire hand unless I was using a Dark Worlds or Fabled Deck. How the heck do you expect anyone to Synchro Summon a Level 7 that requires 3 monsters including a Level 5 monster? I realize that there ARE the monsters that pretend to be Cyber Dragon but those cards suck. I suppose Fabled Decks could bring this card out and use it, but other Synchro Decks would much rather Summon better and easier-to-Summon monsters. My suggestion to make this card viable is to have it destroy a card your opponent controls for each discarded card but put a (max. 3) thing there and don't let it attack the turn it is Summoned.

The second card seems pointless. If I was using a Deck that utilize Cyber End and etc., I would rather have a King of the Swamp than this.

Hey! I think Divadis touched on all points, but I'll give my suggestions:

Heavy Proto-Cyber Dragon:

Summoning conditions are unnecessarily complicated, no need to require Cyber Dragon as material, IMO.

Why does it have a piercing effect but low ATK and high DEF? Is this monster an attacker or a wall?

Discarding 2 cards for 1 is really not worthwhile, unless you specifically have a reason you want to run out of cards.
Cyber Engineer:

It's just not worth the trouble summoning two Cyber/Proto-Cyber Dragons and tributing it for the effect of Polymerization. At least it should double the dragon's ATK. Power Bond at least does that.

Also, please post the card text to help with reading its effects, etc. ;)

Cheers!
