Sora1499
Just got the most broken idea for a card ever, but f*** it, I'm going to post this. Hate, despise, loathe, whatever. Don't enjoy! Edit: Newer version is here. Alice Moonflowyr
4 Level 4s totally balances this. If you manage to get 4 level 4s, Xyz this, and KEEP it, than you deserve it's effect. The problem with brio is that it was sacky and generic. And as a Thunder Family user, I totally love this card. It would make TF a force to really be reckoned with, seeing as they could drop this easy with some setup.
Sora1499
Glad you like it. It would also run really well in Gogogo Zombies. I sure as hell would run it in there.
Aix
I don't know if this is ur intention, but Heraldics should be able to bring this out rather easily. When I played Heraldics, I always raged about how there wasn't a super-powerful 4 or 5 Level 4 monster Xyz Monster. And this thing just might be pushing things a little when it comes to Heraldics, ya kno... maybe have a maximum?
Sora1499
Mhm, I always rage that there's no powerful 4-mat rank 4 when I play gogogo zombies. I *might* put a maximum, but if I do, it'll be something like 3. Either that or restrict this card to banishing cards on the field.
Sora1499
Bumping this, I wanna see it get some hate and give me a reason to put a 3-card maximum.
sullyvanj93
this would go great in my zombie deck. and i dont think its TOO broken at all. i mean, if it was impervious to effects? yeah, that would be 1 thing. but if you can actually get it on the field and keep it, i think it has decent balance. swarmers would love it
DarkFenrir119
The thing is, this isn't Brio. It requires more material, though depending on the set playing it, it might be possible with only about as much set up. It can only use its effect 4 times, once per turn. It's also a banish effect rather than a bounce effect. I think the place where it gets broken is the number of sets in both TCG and OCG that could one-turn this thing and still have a full, or mostly full, hand that they could use to wipe the opponent's hand and field. When you've got Heraldics, Gogogo Zombies, and other recent builds going and pulling this right off the bat, you've got a bit of an issue. Though I do agree that getting it out and keeping it does say you deserve to use it, but... Another reason to consider a limit on the number of cards you discard or can target, though. This card not only can wipe your opponent, but it's also a 3k beatstick on top of its effect. For the fact of 4 level 4's, the atk and def make sense, but to then be able to discard and clear most if not all of your opponents plays, even in their hand, and smack them in the face with it and have no negatives except that you might have sacked something you might have used. The fact that you BANISH all of their cards, too, not just bouncing things, or sending them to the grave, but BANISHING, is a bit much, imo. A couple things I'd think are to either limit the discard, limit the targets, or change the condition from banishing... maybe send them to the deck and shuffle it. The banishing + beatsticking is a bit much, seeing as Brio could be countered more readily depending on the opponent's hand before or after a bounce. Sora1499
Definitely. I'll limit the targets to field targets only, and make me be sent to the grave. Thanks for the hate.
Sora1499
Update: Made some changes. I gave it 200 more ATK, but I restricted it to only targeting up to 3 cards from the field, instead of field or hand.
