"Special Summon it" is not an Activation Condition and should have a period. "If you do" is not a Targeting Procedure or Cost and should have a colon.[/spoiler] This card is not bad, but it's situational. It doesn't take very long to get 3 or more DARK monsters in the Graveyard so this is fast enough. If you pull the effect off, it's a +1. If you don't or don't want to, it's a natural 0. This could be used in many different Decks, but most Decks that can use it don't want to throw a DARK grunt on the field. Verz don't have the Grave speed. Inverz don't have many things they could Summon. Chaos and Agents want their stuff in the Graveyard. It would be neutral in Blackwings because they'd want to force the discard.
