I've won a few games with this, most of them via ragequit. I think it's a nice troll deck, but it's a cheap win so I don't particularly like it. Anyway, do your thing YCM.

-3 Lava Golem (maybe 1 or 2 to side)
+1 Dark Hole / Scapegoat
+1 Cardcar
+1 Kuriphoton (If you're playing OCG)

I have Golem to get rid of pests like the Evolzars, Shi En, and other monsters that can negate S/T.

I just did a minor edit. I put the Heavy on the side and mained another Thunder.

Which means what? That they're used for against specific decks. That means they go in the side deck. Lava Golem serves no other purpose than for those cards, as your opponent can get rid of it easily so it's not a secondary win condition, and does not end up stalling your opponent because they will just summon new monsters and now have a 3000 beatstick as well.

It's also sided in real life tournaments because of time, but there is no time rule on DN.

A lot of decks have monsters that can negate S/T. Golem lets me get rid of two of them and even though his summon can be negated, the monsters are still tributed since it's a cost. On top of that, the deck is made to stall. Golem is easy to stall out, plus it deals 1000 each turn. They might have a beatstick, but what does it matter if they can't use it?

Every single time I ever say anything whatsoever, people ignore half of it and make the same argument that I just counter-argued in my post. Your opponent losing Life Points is also counter-intuitive for 6 of your cards and you have 6 other cards that counter your opponent taking damage. You're better off playing something that will actually stall the opponent in some way.
