Alpakha
Fail, but still. It's been working, just needs more consistency. Anything I should take out & replace with upstart?

Zazubat
Shura (I think so) is an interesting choice, though the once per duel thing will mean that it's gonna be useless fast. Well, that's up to you I guess.

Well, that's up to you I guess. [/quote] Fixed. I dunno... I tried pet babies dragon, its works pretty well, since its another target for hysteric sign. Other than that, you could possibly add mist valley falcon, since your running symbols of herritige.
ihop
Zephyros bounces Hysteric Party, what more do you need? On that note, you need a 3rd one of those.
VictorSempra
Might as well pass on this little nugget of wisdom that I was told when I posted my version: Symbol Of Heritage is bad, Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon is bad, Needs more Upstart Goblin.\ (This courtesy of Spike The Bloody, via Skype to me. Also told me not to run Kamakiri) Now, for my REAL advice: I really don't see any faults with your setup here, it looks consistent and having tested Harpies myself you have all the key cards to make then shine. People ragequit like crazy against these now, especially when you blow their Ace card with Plover.

Zazubat
I would say that Harpie 1 is better since it can boost Plover since it has a pretty low ATK.

Zazubat
I still disagree with the Cardcar D in this deck, both does it eat up a Normal Summon, ends turn so you can't attack. That's not really something you can effort with Harpies in my experience, but I really feel that there are other cards that can do the job that doens't eat up your Normal Summon. I also am not a fan of SoH, but most probably know this by know.
Alpakha
Cardcar has been amazing. It made the deck more consistent & really helps me to get a head start.
