Once per turn: You can activate this card's effect and until the End Phase; it is unaffected by Spell or Trap cards. When this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle and sends it to the Graveyard; You can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: It gains 400 ATK. If this card has no Xyz Materials: It cannot attack.
-- Ancient Gear/Lance clause, meaning it can dodge a bountiful amount of Spells or Traps, like TT, Book of Moon, D-Prison, etc. -- Strong defensive body, much more than Zenmaines. -- Can get up to 3000 ATK swiftly. -- No Attack Clause to balance it out. Sora1499
That was the title for one of MY threads... ):< Anyways, onto the card itself: It seems really slow. The commitment and resources needed to make this extremely outweigh the benefits you'll get from wielding it. 2200 ATK is nothing, and it would probably get to use its effect only once (if that). The ancient gear clause is what saves this card from being *complete* toilet paper, but honestly, it's still pretty underpowered. And btw, if it is at 3k from its effect, it can't attack. :/ I don't think I'd run it. Fixes: I'd switch its stats. 3-mat rank 3s are like the equivalent of rank 5s, and 25-26 is about the power standard for them. I'd also completely abolish that last nerf, because it's not really necessary. After that, it's not a bad card, just a bit 'eh'.
Airride
Small grammar fix: Lose the "Other" in the S/T immunity effect, since It's not a S/T itself. Obviously you copied the wording form lance, but you needed to change it a bit. Above review seems fair to me, as well. Though I don't ENTIRELY agree with destroying the nerf, just edited a bit to be fairer. Maybe have a Leviathan clause for that part.

That's good to me.
I'd also completely abolish that last nerf, because it's not really necessary. After that, it's not a bad card, just a bit 'eh'.
So from a combination of increasing the ATK power and getting rid of the nerf, you're faced with a 3400 ATK monster (suggesting I go along with your fix). Because that's perfectly balanced. And also, Leviathan clause wouldn't really help it because it would still have 3400 ATK, which pretty much runs over anything and everything. I did get rid of the "Other" in the effect, though. Derp. Airride
Advanced Clause, dude.
...Uh, I thought it was 45? *checks* It is. It's 64 words though, so...yeh. I counted. EDIT: Oh, didn't see the "OCG fixes don't count" thing. That is...silly, to me. It wouldn't be able to attack directly, is what I'm saying.
Sora1499
You're cute. 3 - 2 = 1, so therefore, because it still has one material, it can actually still attack. ATK power doesn't matter, only the effect and if it gets over Rai-Oh. That's good to me. Le response of Sora: (I can't do bold on mobile): Oh woops, I forgot its a 3-Mat, Lolz. Dante, I can't believe you brought rai-oh into this. The opponent could just rai-oh this card and you'd go -2 for god's sake. If I wanted to burn out a rai-oh, I'd make a 2-mat so I only go -1. But that's not important. The problem with this card is that you have to use a crapload of resources to bring it out in most cases, and a 26 beater (assuming it kills something) isn't enough of a reward for that. Besides, solemn brigade, bth, and compulse laugh at this card. So from a combination of increasing the ATK power and getting rid of the nerf, you're faced with a 3400 ATK monster (suggesting I go along with your fix). Because that's perfectly balanced. Response: Yes, I do. If you have managed to bring this out, protect it for 2 whole turns, and have it kill stuff in battle twice, all assuming that your opponent can't get rid of it for some reason, then you deserve a 34 ancient gear beater. Our meta is too fast for it to be guaranteed it acquiring 34 ATK, so that's honestly not too big of a problem. Advanced Clause, dude.
